For nearly four years, I led Airheads’ Agency of Record work with a tiny two-person team, building a social-first approach that transformed the brand into a cultural character. Through stunts, stories, and collaborations, the work invited fans to play along—blurring the line between advertising and entertainment. We grew Airheads from a nostalgic sweet into one of the top five candy brands in the country.
